The user agrees to the placement of e-mail address used for certificate purposes on our low-volume e-mail list, which may include special offers and discounts. The user may remove her/his e-mail address online at any time, but it may be placed back on the list each time a new course is completed. E-mail addresses will not be sold, leased, disclosed, and/or used for any external marketing purposes.

Materials presented here are for general educational purposes only. Any course that mentions specific interventions does not constitute training or competence in those methods. SubstanceEducation.com does not currently offer any intervention-specific skills training.

REFUND POLICY: Because we want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products, we will review e-mail requests for refunds that are within 24 hours of course registration. Customers requesting refunds should send e-mail correspondence to Info@SubstanceEducation.com that clearly states the reason for a refund. We are unable to provide refunds if a course certificate has been issued for a course.

GRIEVANCE POLICY: Customers who have a grievance should submit complaints in writing. Please send an e-mail to Info@SubstanceEducation.com stating your name, the course that was taken, and the nature of the grievance. We will personally review grievances and make every effort to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible.

Information Collection
SubstanceEducation.com strives to offer its consumers the many advantages of online technology and to provide an interactive and personalized experience. We may use personal information (your name, e-mail address, street address, telephone number, and/or account number) subject to the terms of this privacy policy. Please note this policy applies only to information collected by SubstanceEducation.com online and does not impact information collected or used by SubstanceEducation.com or its affiliates through other means.

How we gather information from users
