TEAMWORK

You all remember the phrase, “It takes a village”?  Well it takes a team to keep a business strong and serving customers effectively.  So here are some issues to consider when being a team member:

1. Think “we” not “me”
2. Be ready to help at a moments notice
3. Share information
4. Recognize what others have to offer
5. Remain positive with a “can do” attitude
6. Keep your eyes on the team “vision”
7. Respect your teammates, listen with your whole body
8. Thank teammates for their contributions
9. Celebrate achievements
10. Repeat as necessary
