Sixty years of marriage!  What a feat for any couple!  Last weekend my family honored two of the most fantastic people you will ever meet in your lifetime – my parents.  There is not a soul in the world who has to tell me how lucky my family continues to be to have these two wonderful souls in our lives.  When we gather there is always laughter and love as we celebrate the “living of life”.  Four generations were present for the celebration – pictures were taken, food was eaten, and toasts were made.  We ate too much, drank just “enough” and loved each other as vigorously as we were able.  It was all over way too soon yet the memories continue to linger and will stay with us for our lifetime. 

There was no room for abuse of substances, never has been room, but that doesn’t mean the family hasn’t been impacted in some ways.  On that particular day nothing came in to mar the celebration and for that we are ever grateful.  From my family to yours we wish you our motto: “live, laugh, love” – it continues to work exceeding well for us!
